Return and refund policy

14-day returns
If you are in the UK or EU, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging (framed prints must be packed securely). You will need your order number.

How to start a return
Email hello@openwallstudio.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions. Please send the item back within 14 days of contacting us. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. You pay the cost of return postage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If it is damaged or faulty, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will send a free replacement or give a full refund, including delivery, at no cost to you.

Exceptions
Works made to a custom size or specification you request especially (outside our listed sizes and frames) cannot be returned for change of mind. Your rights for damaged or faulty items still apply.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of proof that you sent it), and include the original standard delivery charge. We may reduce a refund if the item has been damaged by handling beyond what is needed to inspect it. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
