Made to order
Every print is produced to order on Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm paper. Unframed prints are produced in our print network as close as possible to you (UK, EU, US or Australia). Framed prints are made in the UK and are available for UK delivery only.

Production time
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch. You will receive a tracking email when your order ships.

Delivery times (after dispatch)
• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of world: 7–15 business days
These are estimates; exact delivery dates are shown at checkout.

Delivery costs
• UK, unframed print: £4.99
• UK, framed print: £9.50 (up to A2 / 45×60 cm), £14.50 (A1, 60×80 cm, 60×90 cm)
• Europe, US and rest of world: shown at checkout before you pay
Orders delivered outside the UK and EU may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged in transit
We are responsible for your order until it is delivered. If it is lost or arrives damaged, contact hello@openwallstudio.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photographs of any damage), and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
