All works sold by Open Wall Studio are produced to order
Orders are fulfilled and shipped through an international print network, allowing items to be produced as close as possible to their destination while maintaining consistent production standards.
Processing times
All orders are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Shipping times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical delivery estimates are:
• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch
• International: 7–15 business days after dispatch

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of the work, and the selected shipping method.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays and responsibility
Open Wall Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the carrier, responsibility for the delivery rests with the carrier.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@openwallstudio.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Please include your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
